Flight:

• $8: 0-200 sales volume
• $9: 201 – 500 sales volume
• $10: 501+ sales volume

Hotel:

• $15: 0-100 sale volumes
• $16: 101 – 250 sales volume
• $17: 251+ sales volume

Car:

• $5: 0 – 100 sales volume
• $6: 101 – 250 sales volume
• $7: 251+ sales volume

Insurance: 

• $5: 0 – 100 sales volume
• $6: 101 – 250 sales volume
• $7: 251+ sales volume

Vacation packages:

• $25: 0 – 200 sales volume
• $30: 201 – 500 sales volume
• $35: 501+ sales volume

If you join the program through the CJ network, the cookie window is 30 days, while Rakuten and Impact offer a 90-day cookie duration.

With the Impact network, you can get your money monthly through direct transfer, BACS, or PayPal when your account balance hits $10.

CJ pays CheapOair affiliates monthly through direct deposit, check, or Payoneer. Payments are sent out once you reach $50 for direct deposit and $100 for a check.

Rakuten pays your commissions 30 days after the invoice date via PayPal, check, or direct deposit. Just make sure your account balance reaches $50 in affiliate commissions to withdraw your money.
