Referral Rocket provides a reward interface that tracks users who have been marked as completed for the reward event. Marking a reward event as complete can be done manually or programmatically depending on your use case. For example - If your referral program rewards a participant on making a purchase, you can programmatically call our API to mark the reward event for that participant as complete. The user will then show up in the rewards due page for you to disburse a reward either manually or using an integration we support.

You can provide gift cards, swags, free subscription, etc to eligible participant. There is no limitation on how and what you want to reward. These rewards would need to be distributed outside of the Referral Rocket platform unless we support them via integration.

Depending on the type of reward, you would need to deliver rewards using a service outside of Referral Rocket platform or use our integration service (eg. Stripe, Tremendous) where available.

No. Referral Rocket does not fund the rewards.
