The CIT Bank pays its affiliates $28-$100 commissions per referred sign-up or application. You earn a $100 commission for these registrations:
- Online signups for the Term CD Product
- Online signups for the No-Penalty CD
- Complete sign-up for Money Market
- Sign up for the new Savings Builder product
- Approved savings connect applications
- Approved applications for Platinum Savings
If you refer an approved eChecking Application, you get a $28 commission.
CIT Bank uses a 30-day cookie duration to track referrals. This means you earn a commission if the new customer completes signups within 30 days of clicking your link.
Commissions are paid monthly via wire transfer, bank transfer, check, ACH, or PayPal. To qualify for payment, you must earn at least $1,000 in commission (for wire transfer). For ther payment methods, you must reach a minimum of $25.
Also, there are fees for processing international transfers ($5), checks ($3), and bank transfers ($1).
