1. Program Overview
The IICSR Affiliate Program allows individuals and organizations to earn commissions by referring learners to IICSR’s online courses and certifications through a unique referral link. By participating in the program, affiliates agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must have a valid bank account (India) or PayPal account (international) to receive commissions.
Open to students, professionals, educators, content creators, influencers, NGOs, consultants, and partners aligned with sustainability, ESG, CSR, and impact goals.
Employees of IICSR are not eligible to participate.
3. Commission Structure
Type: One-time commission
Rate: 10% of the course fee paid by the referred user
Commissions are only awarded for successful, completed purchases (no refunds or cancellations).
A 30-day cookie window applies — if your referral enrolls within 30 days of clicking your link, you receive the commission.
4. Payout Terms
Minimum Payout Threshold: ₹4,000 (or equivalent $50)
Payment Schedule: Monthly (by the 7th business day of the following month)

6. Prohibited Practices
Affiliates may not:

Misrepresent IICSR’s brand, programs, or credentials
Violations may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
7. Intellectual Property & Branding
Affiliates may only use approved promotional materials and logos provided by IICSR. Unauthorized use of brand assets or false representation of IICSR offerings is prohibited.
8. Program Changes & Termination
IICSR reserves the right to:
Modify the commission structure, bonus offers, or payout schedule at any time
Suspend or terminate an affiliate’s participation for breach of terms
Terminate the program entirely with prior notice
Affiliates will be informed of material changes via email or the affiliate portal.
9. Taxes
Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on income earned through the program, as per local laws.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes will be subject to jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
