IPSY operates on a subscription-based model where customers pay a monthly fee to receive a “Glam Bag” containing a selection of beauty products. Products range from popular brands like Tarte, Benefit, and NYX. IPSY members, or “IPSY Glam Bag” subscribers, also gain access to online makeup tutorials and beauty advice.
The company expanded beyond subscriptions, offering an online shop where users can purchase featured products.

When you join the IPSY affiliate program through the FlexOffers network, you’ll get a base $8 commission per new referred subscriber. The commission applies to any paid subscription services on ipsy.com.
There is a 7-day cookie window. This means you have a full week to convince your audience to subscribe to IPSY services and earn commissions.
FlexOffers pays IPSY affiliates monthly via ACH, PayPal, checks, bank transfer, or wire transfer. However, you must first meet the minimum payout requirement of $1,000 for wire transfers and $25 for other payment methods. There are additional fees for checks ($3), bank transfers ($1), and international transfers ($5).
IPSY partners joining through the Performcb network will get their commissions weekly via ACH, Paypal, checks, or wire transfer. There is also a $50 minimum payout requirement.
