The Affiliate ID will be incorporated within each URL which You will use to advertise JoggAI. You will have the opportunity to receive a commission for each sale that is registered using Your Affiliate ID.If a prospect (“Prospect”) has multiple Affiliate cookies (“Cookies”), the most recently-acquired Cookie will determine which Affiliate is credited with a Sale. There are some products and services sold that do not have trial periods.
Provided that the Sold Account (as defined below) remains in good status within thirty (30) days from the Sale, You will be paid a commission for each Sold Account that generates a payment to JoggAI in a month (“Commission”). Except as otherwise provided herein, Commission payments will be paid on the 15th of each month following JoggAI’s receipt of payment for a Sold Account, subject to the other terms of this Agreement. All Commission payments are based on the amount of fees received by JoggAI, less sales taxes.
*You will earn a 30% commission on the plan purchased by each Sold Account during their first twelve (12) months as a customer.
- Monthly Payments: You will receive 30% of their recurring monthly payments for up to twelve (12) months.
- Annual Payments: You will earn thirty (30)% of their annual payment as a one-time commission.
- Plan Changes: If the sold account upgrades or downgrades their plan, Your commission will adjust to thirty (30)% of the new payment amount.
- Cancellations: If the sold account cancels their subscription, commission payments will cease immediately.
This structure ensures Your commissions accurately reflect the payment activity of the sold account over their first year.
Enterprise plans are non-commissionable. If a sold account begins on an Enterprise plan or upgrades to one, commissions will discontinue unless the account downgrades to a commissionable plan.
All commissions are paid in U.S. Dollars (USD) or other currencies supported by the payment provider. Commission settlements are processed by the 15th of each month, with a minimum auto-withdrawal threshold of fifty dollars ($50.00 USD), primarily via PayPal. Bank transfers are available at the recipient’s expense for transaction fees.
Participation in the Affiliate Program may require that you create an account through Third–Party affiliate tracking and reports service provider called FirstPromoter. Use of FirstPromoter services is subject to their respective terms and policies available on their website https://jogg.firstpromoter.com/. If your application is approved, you will receive email instructions on how you can receive your designated Referral Link through the FirstPromoter platform.
