The cookie period refers to the time frame during which you can earn a commission on a sale after a customer clicks on your referral link. For PromoteKit, the cookie period is 60 days. This means that if a customer makes a purchase within this time after clicking your link, you still earn a commission.
If a customer returns or cancels their subscription for the product you referred, there might be a commission reversal. However, in certain situations, negotiation might change this outcome. It's essential to discuss this with the affiliate program and understand the specific circumstances.
