- Offer unauthorized discounts, coupons, or incentives.
Violations may result in immediate termination from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
6. Affiliate Assets & Branding
- Affiliates will be provided with approved marketing materials.
- Use of Re-Image branding must align with provided guidelines.
- Affiliates may not alter logos, messaging, or present themselves as official Re-Image representatives.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause.
- If terminated for cause (e.g., policy violation), unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
8. Program Changes
- Re-Image reserves the right to update commission rates, terms, or program structure with 30 days’ notice.
- Continued participation after updates implies agreement to the revised terms.
