Staples Affiliate Program

The Staples affiliate program allows publishers to earn commissions by promoting Staples products. The commission rates vary depending on the type of item sold through affiliate links.

The program is open to any publisher to join. Still, it works particularly well for creators and influencers in the business, education, and lifestyle niches. The sign-up is simple and costs no entry fee.

This program is hosted by Commission Junction (CJ), a major affiliate network. Accordingly, CJ will be in charge of application approval, commission tracking, and payment processing.

Staples pays a commission for each sale driven through affiliate links. The commission structure is set based on the kind of product as follows:

• GPS, GPS Accessories, hardware, software, cameras, scanners, digital frames, software, drives, and memory: 1% per sale
• Storage/media cabinets, armoires, monitors, digital projectors, file/storage cabinets, tables, carts, stands, iPod accessories, office décor, chairs, shelving: 2% per sale
• Ink and Toner, shredders, business books, safes, telephones & communication, medical supplies, bookcases, PC components & MP3, desks, mice, keyboards, GPS accessories, retail supplies, calculators, snacks, janitorial & cleaning supplies: 3% per sale
• Mail & ship supplies, batteries, surge protectors, lighting, paper, file folders, pens, writing and correction, boards & easels, labels & label makers, computer bags and cases, cables, digital media, Rolodex, drafting & school supplies, envelopes, stamps, forms: 4%
• Tape, clips, rubber bands, calendars, planners, pen refills, binders, staplers, punches, trimmers: 5%

The cookie duration lasts for 1 day. This means if your audience buys a Staples product within one day since the last time he/she clicked on your link, you’ll be commissioned.

Affiliate payouts are made monthly through direct deposit, check, or PayPal. There is no minimum payment threshold required for money withdrawal.
