You can earn Tesla referral rewards by referring others to Tesla’s referral program. You receive referral links from the Telsa app to share. If you have a qualified Tesla product in your account and your friend activates a qualifying energy product or accepts delivery of the car purchase, you will be credited for the referral.
Per calendar year, Tesla customers can refer up to 12 order referrals and 60 demo drive referrals. Using the customer’s referral link, the order must be placed or the demo drive must be planned. Referral links cannot be credited after the order is placed or the trial drive is arranged, and they cannot be utilized more than once by the same Tesla Account.
Your credits will expire 12 months from their respective grant dates. It is the day on which the Tesla vehicle is delivered, the energy system is turned on, or the demonstration drive is finished. When you deactivate your Tesla account, your credits will also expire.
Referral credits will appear in your Tesla account as rewards. No returns or exchanges are accepted on credit redemptions. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
