1. Eligibility
The VibeSticks Affiliate Program is open to anyone who wishes to participate. No special requirements are needed to become an affiliate.
2. Commission Structure
Affiliates will earn a 5% commission on every sale made through their unique referral link. Payments will be made monthly via PayPal.
3. Payment Schedule
Affiliates will receive their earnings monthly, through PayPal. Payments will be sent on the first business day of each month for sales made in the previous month.
4. Affiliate Rules
No Spamming: Affiliates must not engage in spamming via emails, social media, or other communication channels. All promotional methods should be respectful and non-intrusive.
No Misleading Advertising: Affiliates must not misrepresent VibeSticks or its products in any way. All claims must be truthful and align with VibeSticks branding.
Platform Restrictions: Affiliates are prohibited from using any platform or method that violates VibeSticks’ values or any legal regulations (e.g., fake review sites, misleading ads, etc.).
No Affiliate Self-Referral: Affiliates may not use their own referral links to make purchases or refer themselves. This does not include family and friends.
Use of Materials: Affiliates must use only approved VibeSticks images, logos, and promotional materials. Unauthorized use of assets is prohibited.
Compliance with Laws: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their region when promoting VibeSticks.
5. Referral Tracking
Affiliates will track referrals using their unique referral links. Each affiliate will receive a personalized link to share with their audience.
